AOP Fitou
40% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 30% Syrah
This Fitou bursts to life from century-old Carignan, Grenache, and Syrah vines. Juicy blackberries and ripe black cherries mingle with the wild herbs of the Mediterranean, while a whisper of suede leather adds intrigue. Velvety tannins and a generous body wrap every sip in warmth, leaving a finish that’s both bold and beautifully smooth.
AOP Pic Saint Loup
60% Syrah, 35% Mourvèdre, 5% Grenache
This spectacular blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre is enriched by the garrigue surrounding the L'Hortus vineyards: wild sage, thyme and rosemary. Deep garnet reflections light up the glass. The nose is intense and complex with aromas of dried red fruit, licorice, violet, vanilla, pear, and a touch of mint. Wonderfully aromatic with never a hint of over-ripeness.
AOP Languedoc
45% Carignan Noir, 45% Mourvèdre, 5% Grenache Noir, 5% Syrah
Carignan and Mourvèdre are the heart of this gorgeous full-bodied red, accented with Syrah and Grenache Noir. Aromas of spice and leather enhance silky tannins that blossom into a lingering, rich aftertaste. Grand Saut 2014 took silver at the 2016 Hérault Valley wine competition.
AOP La Clape
50% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre, 20% Syrah
This red blend has a very dense dark ruby red color with an almost viscous consistency. Aromatic on the nose, with intense notes of plum and a spicy scent of cinnamon. The palate is ripe, almost compote-like berry fruit paired with a strong tannin structure. An extremely powerful and complex wine with an intense and long-lasting finish.
AOP Cabardès
50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah
La Dérive is a serious, powerful beauty. Intense and deep color, complex nose with dark red fruit, baking spices and the lovely herbal ‘garrigue’. In the mouth complex flavors, smoky and spicy with soft but substantial tannins.
AOP Saint Chinian
80% Syrah, 20% Grenache
This beauty is an aromatic and gorgeous dark red in the glass wine. The nose is exuberant with grapefruit, black olive, concentrated blackcurrant, aromas of truffle, licorice and cocoa harmonize with a fine spiciness, long finish, and well-integrated oak. It is long in the mouth without being heavy, and dances with different savory and dark fruit expressions.
AOP Minervois
50% Grenache, 40% Carignan, 10% Syrah
La Nine is a typical Languedoc blend with aromas of spice, complex saddle leather, peppery herbs, garrigue and sweet red and black fruits, a nose of very beautiful purity. It’s medium-bodied, focused and elegant, with solid tannins, giving some cut and length on the finish.
Vin de France
100% Syrah
This single-vineyard Syrah is an organic, full-bodied powerhouse that delights with its velvety mouthfeel and notes of raspberry, licorice, mint and wild brambles. La Perle Rare has buckets of spicy black fruit character on the nose with a background of smoky, toasty oak. Black fruit flavors dominate the palate, yet it has a very elegant balance and a real freshness and purity of fruit.
IGP Cotes Catalanes
50% Syrah, 25% Carignan, 25% Grenache Noir
This eminently drinkable blend of Syrah, Carignan, and Grenache Noir has a sultry, sweet nose of forest berries, currants, and cacao nibs with a subtle hint of fresh coffee. The mildly spicy palate is concentrated and silky but still fresh with flavors of cooked raspberry, strawberries, and red plum, plus a note of freshly tanned leather. Smooth, juicy tannins offer smokiness and a lovely mouthfeel that lingers in the finish.
AOP Languedoc Grès de Montpellier
63% Syrah, 33% Grenache, 2% Mourvedre, 2% Cinsault
This lively red blend entices with its vivid, berry color, velvety feel and pleasant minerality. Cassis, menthol and spices delight the nose. A well-balanced palate expresses red fruit and gray pepper then blossoms into fresh laurel and mint. Les Gravières won Gold at the Concours General Agricole Paris, 2016. The vineyards are Terra Vitis certified.
AOP Saint-Chinian
60% Grenache, 40% Syrah
This blend of Grenache and Syrah draws you in with a dark and intense color. Enticing aromas of the wild garrigue, cherry, eucalyptus and light smoke lead into black fruit on the palate. Les Schistes has an elegant and velvety mouthfeel with lots of character and fine tannins.
AOP Corbière Boutenac
35% Carignan, 35% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre
An organic blend of Carignan, Mourvèdre and Grenache, L'Indécent expresses bold fruit with notes of spice and wood. The sultry flavors linger with an extra long finish. The 80-year-old Carignan vines impart the rich character of this biodynamic domaine’s distinct terroir.
