AOP Terrasses Du Larzac
43% Syrah, 42% Grenache, 15% Carignan
This red blend of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan fills the mouth without being heavy. Aromatic notes of cassis and hints of leather blend with rosemary, thyme and other fragrant herbs of the garrigue. The palate is fine and rich with soft tannins and a round finish. Rated 91 points by Decanter!

AOP Saint Chinian
90% Carignan, 10% other red grapes
Carissimo bends the rules with this blend of 90% Carignan and 10% whatever other red grapes the winemaker wanted to add. With aromas of roasted cacao followed by flavors of red fruits, like red currants and cranberries, and hints of spices, this wine will get your attention. It has an elegant mouthfeel with fine tannins, a beautiful acidity and a fresh and delicate finish.

AOP Cotes Du Roussillon Villages Tautavel
90% Carignan, 10% Grenache Noir
This organic, Carignan-dominant red was awarded 90 points by Robert Parker. A supple, easy-drinking cuvée, the mouth is full-bodied and ripe with red fruit. The mild tannins are similar in feel to ground cinnamon. An expressive nose of cherries and red plums balances with a lingering mineral finish, without any overt oak character.

IGP Pays d'Herault
100% Cinsault
Cinsault is the Pinot Noir of Languedoc: a less sustained color than the purplish Syrahs that we know well. This wine has pronounced fruit aromas, but it is delicate, with hints of cherry and a touch of cinnamon. This cuvée is the only wine from this domaine vinified and bottled without added sulfites. A very natural wine, but also fragile and not to be put in cellars.

Vin de France
50% Carignan, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon
Very intense and pure red, slightly purplish, aromas of very ripe black fruits between blueberry and blackberry mixed with smoky notes, bay leaf, thyme and violet. Endowed with well-coated tannins and a slight firmness, this wine combines subtlety, depth and concentration.

Vin de France
94% Syrah, 6% Viognier
This beautiful blend of Syrah and Viognier from Faugéres schiste soil is Simon "The Coulsh'" Coulshaw's fabulous take on the iconic Côte-Rôtie wine. This rare vintage entices with wafts of rose petals and spice, followed by earthy garrigue and dark chocolate dusted forest floor. All of this layered on baked plums and cherries. A wine for the long haul to share with the best of friends.
AOP Saint Chinian
45% Syrah, 40% Grenache Noir, 15% Cinsault
Dark red fruit, spiciness, leather tones, and a long finish make this an all-occasion, “knife-and-fork” wine. A hearty Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault blend, Cuvée des Chevaliers reflects the rich history of the Milhau Lacugue estate, which was the site of a Roman villa and later offered rest and refreshment to medieval pilgrims en route to sacred sites in Spain.
AOP Malepère
50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec
Raise a glass of dazzling garnets with this Merlot-dominant blend. Entrancing aromas of cherry, dark fruit, and sweet spices are touched with roasted oak. The fruit blooms in a very ripe mouth and nuances of macerated fruit integrate the medium tannins. This cuvée will evolve with grace and class.

AOP Fitou
40% Carignan, 30% Grenache, 30% Syrah
The secret of this succulent, smooth Fitou cuvée definitely comes from the age of the Carignan, Grenache and Syrah vines-most more than 100 years old! Luscious with buckets of blackberries, wild herbs, ripe black cherries and a suede leather finish. The wine has a warmth as it glides down which is beautifully balanced by the soft tannins, full body and delicious flavors.

AOP Pic Saint Loup
60% Syrah, 35% Mourvèdre, 5% Grenache
This Premier Crú of Pic Saint Loup and Languedoc is bursting with Grenache and Syrah fruit enhanced by spices and herbs gifted by the wild sage and thyme in the L'Hortus vineyards. Deep red with garnet reflections, the nose is intense and complex with aromas of dried fruit, licorice, violet, vanilla, red fruit and a touch of mint. Wonderfully aromatic with never a hint of over-ripeness.

AOP Pic Saint Loup

This spectacular blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre is enriched by the garrigue surrounding the L'Hortus vineyards: wild sage, thyme and rosemary. Deep garnet reflections light up the glass. The nose is intense and complex with aromas of dried red fruit, licorice, violet, vanilla, pear, and a touch of mint. Wonderfully aromatic with never a hint of over-ripeness.

AOP Languedoc
45% Carignan Noir, 45% Mourvèdre, 5% Grenache Noir, 5% Syrah
Carignan and Mourvèdre are the heart of this gorgeous full-bodied red, accented with Syrah and Grenache Noir. Aromas of spice and leather enhance silky tannins that blossom into a lingering, rich aftertaste. Grand Saut 2014 took silver at the 2016 Hérault Valley wine competition.
