Princess and The Bear

Sparkling Wine

Sparkling wines were first developed in 1531 in the Limoux region of the Languedoc near Carcassone before they were taken North to the famous Champagne region of France. The Languedoc still makes some of the best sparkling wines in the world that we have hand-selected for our unique Princess & Bear sparkling selection.

60% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin and 15% Pinot Noir

This vigorous rosé lights up the glass with delicate bubbles and subtle shades of cherry. A rich raspberry nose harmonizes with a hint of soft stone fruit on the palate. The winery is located near St. Hilaire where Benedictine monks produced the first sparkling wine in 1531.
