Many of the winemakers we have chosen are innovators and believe in their terroir and small parcel vineyards. Avant-garde winemaking makes for refreshing and unique flavors.

IGP St Guilhem Le Desert
41% Roussanne, 27% Viognier, 22% Sauvignon Blanc, 10% Ugni Blanc
This pale gold wine entices with aromas of savory bayleaf, creamy hazelnuts and ripe pear. A smooth, mouth-filling palate of citrus and oak barrique tapers into a fresh finish that balances well with rich food. The domaine, Terre Des 2 Sources, is the realization of a dream shared by two couples — to find the best land and wine-growing environment and to craft exceptional wines.
100% Grenache Gris
Food Pairings: This is delicious with tapenade and grilled almonds as an aperitif or a favorite is with a creamy french cheese such as Brie de Meaux. And surprisingly it is a really good accompaniment to tagines!
Grenache blanc, Roussanne, Vermentino (a / k / a Rolle)
This white blend of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne and Vermentino has complex, elegant, gorgeous aromas of white flowers, citrus and quince, with great underlying minerality. Golden yellow color, brilliant, golden yellow highlights. The Roussanne is stunning! We love this wine!
IGP Pays D'Oc
25% Ugni Blanc, 21% Vermentino, 19% Roussanne, 19% Viognier, 8% Marsanne, 8% Sauvignon Blanc
An elegant blend of six different grapes, this white presents a soft, full and fruity palate with a refreshing, dry finish. The aroma is initially flinty then resolves into an appealing citrus flower bouquet. IGP Pays d'Oc
50% Vermentino, 30% Roussanne, 20% White Grenache
This organic beauty is a blend of Vermentino, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc from vineyards near the sparkling Mediterranean. The sea and the wild garrigue of herbs infuse the fruit and give the wine an aromatic complexity, creating a perfectly balanced, dry white wine with finesse.
AOP Cotes de Roussillon
50% Grenache Blanc, 40% Grenache Gris, 10% Roussanne
Food Pairings: This elegant white wine is from one of the finest female winemakers in the Roussillon, near the Spanish border. Hints of citrus and white peaches balanced with good fresh acidity and some weight in the mouth. It literally glides right down! Wonderful with grilled fish, veal blanquette, or a roasted chicken. A beauty!
Vin de Pays Coteaux de Fontcaude
50% Chenin Blanc, 50% Grenache Blanc
Food pairing: This beautiful white wine is an untraditional blend of Chenin Blanc and Grenache Blanc. The result is elegant and flavorful with just the right amount of minerality. Think Shrimp Pad Thai, Grilled Lemongrass Chicken and Halibut Cheeks with Ginger-Orange Sauce.
Côtes du Roussillon
55% Grenache Blanc, 25% Grenache Gris, 20% Macabeu
This wine stood out among all others at a wine fair in Paris where our founders were making their selections! It is a delicious "connoisseur" white wine. A complex blend of rare white grape varieties, this is a very clean, refreshing and crisp white wine. This wine pairs beautifully with hard cheeses and all seafood dishes from shrimp salad to fish grilled with a lemon, butter and parsley sauce. It's also a favorite by the glass.
52% Roussanne, 19% Ugni Blanc, 20% Vermentino, 9% Viognier
This easy to drink white wine is unique. A medley of white flowers, lime and savory biscuit aromas infuse this blend of Roussanne, Ugni Blanc, Vermentino and Viognier. The generous mouthfeel imparts refreshing acidity.
Vin de Pays de l’Hérault
20% Chardonnay, 16% Roussanne, 16% Grenache Blanc, 16% Carignan Blanc, 16% Chenin, 16% Petit Manseng
Food pairing: Lamb braised with mushrooms or truffles, veal roasted with fennel and sage, and seafood and chicken curries.

IGP Côtes Catalanes
This organic Macabeu varietal expresses a complex floral nose with hints of white stone fruits. The palate is crisp and balanced. This family-run domaine was founded in the early days of the Languedoc-Roussillon’s wine making renaissance. The vineyards lie in a small valley where every one of the vineyard owners farms organically, so this wine begins with the purest fruit anywhere.
