The white wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon are delicious and will introduce you to grape varieties you’ve never heard of and will never forget. Many of the winemakers we have chosen are innovators and believe in their terroir and small parcel vineyards. Avant-garde winemaking makes for refreshing and unique flavors.

Food Pairings: This is delicious with tapenade and grilled almonds as an aperitif or a favorite is with a creamy french cheese such as Brie de Meaux. And surprisingly it is a really good accompaniment to tagines!

30% Sauvignon Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 20% Viognier, 10% Chardonnay, 5% Petit Manseng, 5% Muscat
Domaine de L'Hortus seduces us once again with this crisp white blend. Light and lively, Bergerie Blanc lights up the glass with pale, shimmering gold. The smooth, balanced palate tantalizes with complex notes of fresh herbs, mint, white flowers, and citrus.

100% Carignan Gris
This rare Carignan Gris varietal is a gift of golden flavors: fresh pear, chamomile, and quince. A white wine with a dynamic personality, this organic cuvée expresses both bright, crisp notes and herbal smokiness. Because of the rarity of Carignan Gris, the domaine produced only 800 bottles of this wine. We are thrilled to be able to offer it to wine lovers in the US.
60% Vermentino, 40% Roussanne
A pale, crystalline gold in the glass, this organic blend of Roussanne and Vermentino offers a vibrant, complex bouquet of white-fleshed fruits. Inviting aromas of fresh nectarine and zesty lemon glide into an expressive finish of vanilla and citrus. The Vermentino intensifies the freshness.
AOP Côtes du Roussillon
50% Grenache Blanc, 40% Grenache Gris, 10% Roussanne
This stunning, organic cuvée was created by one of the finest female winemakers in the Roussillon. Crisp notes of citrus and white fruit make this delightfully dry cuvée the perfect, everyday white wine. A blend of rare Grenache Gris with Grenache Blanc and Roussanne, it will refresh and invigorate the palate.
44% Vermentino, 42% Grenache Blanc, 14% Macabeu
A blend of Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, and Macabeu, this organic white has a complex, expressive nose of grapefruit, pear, and peach. The pale yellow hue belies this cuvée’s liveliness in the mouth. Savor the notes of “melted oak” unfolding into an inviting, mineral finish.
Côtes du Roussillon
55% Grenache Blanc, 25% Grenache Gris, 20% Macabeu
This wine stood out among all others at a wine fair in Paris where our founders were making their selections! It is a delicious "connoisseur" white wine. A complex blend of rare white grape varieties, this is a very clean, refreshing and crisp white wine. This wine pairs beautifully with hard cheeses and all seafood dishes from shrimp salad to fish grilled with a lemon, butter and parsley sauce. It's also a favorite by the glass.
AOP Cotes du Roussillon Blanc
35% Grenache Gris, 35% Grenache Blanc, 15% Macabeu, 15% Carignan Blanc
From an awarding-winning domaine, this organic and biodynamic white awakens the palate with citrus, exotic fruit, and floral notes. A hint of pear peeks through. The tangy attack is balanced with minerality and the finish leaves a fresh mouthfeel.
IGP Pays d'Herault
Viognier, Chardonnay, Roussanne, Muscat
In the glass, this Viognier-dominant blend is bright and crystalline. Rich aromas of stone fruit, white flowers and banana are balanced with notes of light pepper. A crisp opening finesses into a pleasant, medium body. The family-run winery practices Reasoned Agriculture, an approach to viticulture that balances farming and wine production with biodiversity, environmental and animal welfare, and the health of the surrounding lands.
52% Roussanne, 19% Ugni Blanc, 20% Vermentino, 9% Viognier
This easy to drink white wine is unique. A medley of white flowers, lime and savory biscuit aromas infuse this blend of Roussanne, Ugni Blanc, Vermentino and Viognier. The generous mouthfeel imparts refreshing acidity.
AOP Saint Chinian
50% Vermentino, 40% Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier
This favorite organic white is a blend of Vermentino, Grenache Blanc, and Viognier. The expressive nose delights with scents of pear and white flowers. The palate is refreshing and complex with notes of citrus and peach. A compelling marriage of freshness with distinctive flavors and an ample, generous structure, Eime de Vinha means “Love of the Vines” in the Occitan language, and we do.

20% Chardonnay, 16% Roussanne, 16% Grenache Blanc, 16% Carignan Blanc, 16% Chenin, 16% Petit Manseng
