90% Chardonnay, 10% Chenin Blanc
The climate where this domaine is located lengthens the ripening period of the grapes, which produces great flavor complexity. The cool evenings also give natural acidity or “freshness” to the wine meaning it keeps your palate alive. Aged in oak, lovers of white burgundy will be delighted at the wine, and the price!
Vin de France
The Macabeu grape shines here. Only 800 bottles of this wine from one single vineyard were made, so we are lucky to have it. Expand your palate here with a new organic grape variety!

Côtes du Roussillon
55% Grenache Blanc, 25% Grenache Gris, 20% Macabeu
This wine stood out among the others at a wine fair in Paris! It is a delicious "connoisseur" white wine. A complex blend of the usual suspects here for white varietals, this is a very clean, refreshing wine. Best by the glass, but complex enough to go with good food!
IGP Pays d'Oc
100% Sauvignon Blanc
This organic, award-winning Sauvignon Blanc has extravagant character and falls into the family of bright white wines. Its aroma is reminiscent of lychee, fresh hay, and paprika. The palate wanders from citrus, green apples, and tangerine to vegetable notes.
