Due to the abundant sunshine the grapes ripen with beautiful fruit characteristics and the wines feel luscious and rich in your mouth. Our wines are made by the most passionate winemakers and have a finesse and complexity that will keep you coming back for more. Although we ship around the country, Seattle wine lovers can pick their purchases up at our Georgetown warehouse and tasting room. White glove delivery is available in the Seattle downtown corridor by calling 206-323-4757 and speaking with Ioana.
Out of state wine shipments are sent using a compliance company in California. Customers outside of Washington state please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your wines to arrive.

Food Pairing: This crisp wine is perfect with oysters, and all other shellfish. You will not find a wine anywhere is the US that gets close to the quality of this wine for the same price. Refreshing in more ways than one!
100% Sauvignon Blanc
Food Pairings: Do not be fooled that inexpensive wines can’t be good. From casual drinker to experienced wine sellers everyone who tasted this wine before we bought it loved it! It is super drinkable on its own and is perfect with grilled white fish in a lemon butter sauce or just as an aperitif with cheese and crackers or, popcorn!
85% Chardonnay, 15% Viognier
Food pairing note: An all occasion delicious wine. One of our favorites! As aperitif : Goat Cheese on Crostini with Fig Jam; for a Luncheon: Chicken Salad with Grapes, Celery and Toasted Almonds; for Dinner: Grilled Snapper or Seabass with Pine Nut, Lemon-Butter Sauce and a side of Fettuccine Alfredo with Lemon Zest. Repeat....delicious!

IGP Coteaux d'Enserune
Food pairing: This is one of the most delicious and intriguing viognier wines you can find anywhere. Made from organic grapes by a master oenologue, this is his own private cuvée. Notes of soft citrus and lychee with wonderful minerality, rather than the more common highly floral notes of Viognier. Wonderful with grilled fish, curried chicken, or with appetizers of cheese, olives and chips!

Food pairing: If you have trouble sharing, then open this wine alone. Seriously. But if you love company too then serve on the weekend with Eggs Benedict Drenched in a Gorgeous Buttery Lemon Hollandaise; Crusty Chicken Pot Pie; or Roasted Pork Loin with Calvados Cream Sauce.
AOP Cotes de Roussillon
Grenache Gris, White Grenache, Roussanne
Food Pairings: This elegant white wine is from one of the finest female winemakers in the Roussillon, near the Spanish border. Hints of citrus and white peaches balanced with good fresh acidity and some weight in the mouth. It literally glides right down! Wonderful with grilled fish, veal blanquette, or a roasted chicken. A beauty!

Grenache blanc, Roussanne, Vermentino (a/k/a Rolle)
Food Pairings: The vines for this crisp, clean wine sit on windswept ridges high above caves with prehistoric drawings. The rocky limestone soil gives great freshness to this organic wine. Wonderful with oysters, fried calamari, pan fried fish, and aged cheeses.

55% grenache blanc, 25% grenache gris, 20% maccabeu
Food Pairing: Delicious with baked fish, curried scallops and vegetarian couscous.
50% Vermentino, 30% Roussanne, 20% White Grenache
Food Pairings: This wine will delight with white fish, shellfish and oyster feasts. Try it with Salt Crusted Red Snapper and Whipped Olive Oil and Lemon Drizzle.
Food pairing: This wine is sooo easy to drink. It has soft fruit and floral notes but with enough acidity to keep your palate interested. Very interested. Fabulous with Indian and Asian foods!
70% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne
Food pairing: This wine which comes from “The Cathedral“ vineyard will bring you to your knees when served with Blue Cheese and Pear pastry appetizers; Roast Yuzu Chicken and Japanese slaw with Mirin Vinaigrette; or Tagliatelle of Wild Mushrooms.
Vin de Pays Coteaux de Fontcaude
50% Chenin Blanc, 50% Grenache Blanc
Food pairing: This beautiful white wine is an untraditional blend of Chenin Blanc and Grenache Blanc. The result is elegant and flavorful with just the right amount of minerality. Think Shrimp Pad Thai, Grilled Lemongrass Chicken and Halibut Cheeks with Ginger-Orange Sauce.

Food pairing: This wine is very lightly oaked which produced a viognier with more depth and subtlety than we are used to in a 100% viognier. It is slightly spiced with classic floral notes. Try it with garlic and ginger chicken stir fry, or halibut baked in a mustard cream sauce. Delicious...

Food pairing: Impress yourself (never mind the others) by serving this favorite of Princess with Cedar Planked Copper River Salmon with Mango-Grapefruit Butter; Coquilles Saint-Jacques with Pernod; or Tempura Fried Shrimp with Ginger-Chili Sauce and Jasmine Rice.
40% Bourboulenc, 30% Vermentino, 30% Clairette
Food pairing: Seafood heaven! Grilled halibut with pineapple-red pepper salsa; shrimp salad with chutney mayonnaise; seabass-cabbage spring rolls with ginger and chili dipping sauce. Delicious!
35% Grenache Blanc, 35% Carignan Blanc, 30% Roussanne
Food pairing: All purpose delicious! Aperitif wine: Goat cheese tartlettes and olives; Lunch wine: Roasted turkey sandwich with sundried tomato-basil mayonnaise; and Dinner: Braised chicken with fennel and preserved lemon.

Food Pairings: This is delicious with tapenade and grilled almonds as an aperitif or a favorite is with a creamy french cheese such as Brie de Meaux. And surprisingly it is a really good accompaniment to tagines!
