The white wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon are delicious and will introduce you to grape varieties you’ve never heard of and will never forget. Many of the winemakers we have chosen are innovators and believe in their terroir and small parcel vineyards. Avant-garde winemaking makes for refreshing and unique flavors.

IGP Côtes Catalanes
35% Viognier, 35% Roussanne, 10% Grenache Gris, 10% Macabeu, 10% Carignan Blanc
This “Fireflies” cuvée lights up your glass with complex aromas of tangy citrus followed by luscious peach and apricot scents. The palate overlays aromatic flavors of wild fennel and ripe apple into a balanced silky finish with a beautiful fleshy texture. To release all the beauty, decant this white wine for an hour or so and serve well chilled.
IGP Pays d’Oc
100% Vermentino
A crisp white wine with a luminous sparkle, this Vermentino bathes the palate in pears and melon with surprising hints of jasmine and grapefruit. The smooth mineral finish enlivens and refreshes. Crafted by a family domaine of passionate winemakers, this wine is a pure varietal expression of terroir.

AOP Minervois
80% Grenache, 20% Macabeu
A gastronomic dry white crafted from Grenache Blanc and Macabeu, this wine harmoniously marries richness with precision. Aromas of honeyed stone fruits, lemon curd, brioche, and delicate florals rise from the glass, leading to a medium-bodied palate that is both concentrated and refreshingly elegant. Vibrant minerality and a refined texture complete this beautifully balanced wine.

This dry Muscat Petit Grains beauty will surprise and delight your palate with intense ripe apricot, cream caramel flavors but dry and with a crisp, sassy finish.
IGP St Guilhem Le Desert
65% Roussanne, 25% Viognier, 10% Ugni Blanc
This pale gold wine entices with aromas of savory bayleaf, creamy hazelnuts and ripe pear. A smooth, mouth-filling palate of citrus and oak barrique tapers into a fresh finish that balances well with rich food.

AOP Picpoul de Pinet
100% Picpoul Blanc
Brilliant and clear, this pure Picpoul Blanc presents a fresh, structured palate with a lingering minerality to the finish. Relish the expressive nose of citrus, grapefruit, and kumquats. The domaine practices biodynamic and reasoned agriculture, working in harmony with nature and the environment.

IGP Pays d'Oc
50% Vermentino, 30% Roussanne, 20% White Grenache
This organic beauty is from vineyards near the Mediterranean Sea. The sea and the wild garrigue infuse the fruit with the perfect balance of freshness and aromatic complexity. With notes of white-fleshed fruits, citrus, anise and a light brioche finish, this is a dry white wine with finesse.
AOP Languedoc
76% Roussanne, 16% Marsanne, 8% Viognier
A complex wine with aromas of citrus flower, grapefruit and mandarin. Some of the wine has spent time in old oak barrels giving it underlying creamy toasty notes. On the rich and mouth-filling palate are hints of citrus fruits, spice and hazelnuts with fresh acidity and a dry finish.

IGP Côtes Catalanes
100% Macabeu
This organic Macabeu varietal expresses a complex floral nose with hints of white stone fruits. The palate is crisp and balanced. This family-run domaine was founded in the early days of the Languedoc-Roussillon’s wine making renaissance. The vineyards lie in a small valley where every one of the vineyard owners farms organically, so this wine begins with the purest fruit anywhere.

IGP Coteaux d'Enserune
100% Viognier
A study in lush, floral debauchery, this organic Viognier tantalizes with a nose of citrus, lychee and lemon blossom and a fluid, lively mouth. In the hands of the owner and oenologue Stéphane Yerle, the viognier expresses masterfully. The wine is well balanced with just a hint of acidity to keep the palate alive and interested.

IGP Pays d’Herault
90% Chardonnay, 10% Petit Manseng
Joncs-cella is a powerful wine with a structure supported by a nice freshness of mineral and saline. It is expressive with aromas of candied orange, ripe pink grapefruit, beautiful notes of brioche and vanilla. Balanced and round, it is a demonstration of the alchemy between wine and wood.

40% Vermentino, 40% Clairette, 20% Bourboulenc
Balance is the secret of this award-winning, organic white — a crisp blend of Clairette, Vermentino, and Bourboulenc. The fine, tonic nose expresses flowers and citrus.
