This exceptionally delicious blend is equal parts Colombard and White Grenache. The wine is deceptively pale in color with green sparkles in your glass, and then surprises with very expressive fruit in the nose, mango and lime.  These aromas develop in the mouth into full roundness, an herbal delight of lemongrass and anise with a touch of white peach and ripe melon.  The Colombard gives a fresh, crisp lift that makes this wine wonderful with food.

Herbarium is the perfect rosé! Dry but full of flavors of wild strawberries, raspberry and a dash of citrus.  The grapes come from tiny vineyards surrounded by the wild herbs and plants of the garrigue.  You might even smell a touch of soft orange blossom in this delicious rosé.

This dry, flavorful rosé has fresh strawberry, peach and light citrus aromas that soften into notes of lilac and rose.  Silky and round in the mouth with a crisp, long finish that’s perfect for weekend sipping or as a year-long terrace wine.
