IGP Pays de L'Herault
80% Grenache, 20% Syrah
From the cool cliffs of the beautiful Pic Saint-Loup comes this friendly, very drinkable blend of Grenache with a dash of Syrah. This is a charming, plum and baked cherry laced wine that has a lively fresh lift and smooth tannins carrying through to the plush finish. A perfect wine to share over a long barbeque feast, with vegetable tian for our vegetarian friends. Excellent in warmer weather when slightly chilled.
IGP Cotes Catalanes
50% Syrah, 25% Carignan, 25% Grenache Noir
This eminently drinkable blend of Syrah, Carignan, and Grenache Noir has a sultry, sweet nose of forest berries, currants, and cacao nibs with a subtle hint of fresh coffee. The mildly spicy palate is concentrated and silky but still fresh with flavors of cooked raspberry, strawberries, and red plum, plus a note of freshly tanned leather. Smooth, juicy tannins offer smokiness and a lovely mouthfeel that lingers in the finish.
AOP Côtes du Roussillon - Caramany Villages
80% Syrah, 20% Carignan
An organic cuvée with a dazzling garnet color, rich and full body, that emanates aromas of blackcurrants then blossoms into violets, licorice, and cocoa. The light structure and silky texture of this unforgettable wine will enchant you.
AOP Faugères
65% Syrah, 15% Grenache, 10% Mourvedre, 10% Carignan
This is a powerful, complex wine with ripe spice and herbal garrigue aromas, followed by red cherries, and soft leather on the palate. It has a fresh finish of minerality and rounded, velvety tannins, even a hint of black olive. Serve slightly chilled and decant for an hour before enjoying!
AOP Malepère
60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 20% Malbec
L’Empereur has intense garnet color and an explosion of flavors! The nose reveals jammy red and black fruit with notes of spices, while the palate charms you with its velvety texture, a perfect coating of tannins and an ample and long finish. A powerful, intense, persistent and proud red wine.
AOP Terrasses du Larzac
75% Grenache Noir, 25% Syrah
This is a big beauty! Soft in the mouth, but powerful with complex flavors. Think stewed fruits, chocolate, and sweet spices. Add a touch of candied orange peel and you have a luscious rich finish to a wonderful food wine.
AOP Saint Chinian
70% Syrah, 30% Mourvèdre
Syrah and Mourvèdre blend beautifully together to create an intense, decadent nose of black pepper and licorice mingled with cassis and blueberry in this fine organic and biodynamic red. In the mouth, rich complexity of baked fruits, tobacco and cedar flows into a long and smooth unforgettable finish. Les Crès has been praised by well-known British wine critic Andrew Jefford.
AOP Languedoc Grès de Montpellier
63% Syrah, 33% Grenache, 2% Mourvedre, 2% Cinsault
This lively red blend entices with its vivid, berry color, velvety feel and pleasant minerality. Cassis, menthol and spices delight the nose. A well-balanced palate expresses red fruit and gray pepper then blossoms into fresh laurel and mint. Les Gravières won Gold at the Concours General Agricole Paris, 2016. The vineyards are Terra Vitis certified.
AOP Saint-Chinian
60% Grenache, 40% Syrah
This blend of Grenache and Syrah draws you in with a dark and intense color. Enticing aromas of the wild garrigue, cherry, eucalyptus and light smoke lead into black fruit on the palate. Les Schistes has an elegant and velvety mouthfeel with lots of character and fine tannins.
AOP Corbière Boutenac
35% Carignan, 35% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre
An organic blend of Carignan, Mourvèdre and Grenache, L'Indécent expresses bold fruit with notes of spice and wood. The sultry flavors linger with an extra long finish. The 80-year-old Carignan vines impart the rich character of this biodynamic domaine’s distinct terroir.
AOP Pic Saint Loup
100% Syrah
Often categorized as one of the best wines of Pic-Saint-Loup, L'Ombrée charms with its beautiful bright red color and aromas of red and black fruits such as blueberries and blackberries. Hints of spices, licorice and touches of violets and garrigue take us to a silky and delicate palate with a savory texture and long and fine tannins.
AOP Collioure Controlée
90% Grenache, 10% Carignan
L’Orental is, in itself, a tribute to the Grenache grape. Aged for 11 months in barrels, this intense and rich wine, with its deep purple color, develops beautifully complex aromas ranging from olive and licorice to black fruit and pepper. A little gem that will certainly amaze wine lovers.
