IGP Pays d’Oc
100% Pinot Noir
The nose on this Pinot Noir expresses ripe cherry and black fruits highlighted with woody notes. In the mouth baked blackberry pie, with medium, rounded tannins.
Côtes du Roussillon
55% Syrah, 35% Carignan, 10% Grenache
This is a very balanced wine with great character, complex aromas and powerful taste. Deep red fruit, little bit of spices and a touch of oak in the end. The grapes are handpicked at optimum ripeness from the domaine's best, most ancient plots.
Vin de France
Carignan, Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache
The Domaine Avéla "Théodore" is considered one of the greatest wines of the French Languedoc and certainly the most exclusive. The palate on this red blend is bold and expressive with red and black fruit flavors mixing elegantly with hints of smoke and tobacco. The tannins are grippy and give the wine a juicy character, with a long and intense finish.
