The red wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon are sultry, sensuous, and balanced. The wines we hand select are made by the most passionate winemakers and have a finesse and complexity that will keep you coming back for more.

AOP Languedoc Grès de Montpellier
63% Syrah, 33% Grenache, 2% Mourvedre, 2% Cinsault
This lively red blend entices with its vivid, berry color, velvety feel and pleasant minerality. Cassis, menthol and spices delight the nose. A well-balanced palate expresses red fruit and gray pepper then blossoms into fresh laurel and mint. Les Gravières won Gold at the Concours General Agricole Paris, 2016. The vineyards are Terra Vitis certified.
AOP Saint-Chinian
60% Grenache, 40% Syrah
This blend of Grenache and Syrah draws you in with a dark and intense color. Enticing aromas of the wild garrigue, cherry, eucalyptus and light smoke lead into black fruit on the palate. Les Schistes has an elegant and velvety mouthfeel with lots of character and fine tannins.
AOP Corbière Boutenac
35% Carignan, 35% Grenache, 30% Mourvèdre
An organic blend of Carignan, Mourvèdre and Grenache, L'Indécent expresses bold fruit with notes of spice and wood. The sultry flavors linger with an extra long finish. The 80-year-old Carignan vines impart the rich character of this biodynamic domaine’s distinct terroir.
AOP Pic Saint Loup
100% Syrah
Often categorized as one of the best wines of Pic-Saint-Loup, L'Ombrée charms with its beautiful bright red color and aromas of red and black fruits such as blueberries and blackberries. Hints of spices, licorice and touches of violets and garrigue take us to a silky and delicate palate with a savory texture and long and fine tannins.
AOP Collioure Controlée
90% Grenache, 10% Carignan
L’Orental is, in itself, a tribute to the Grenache grape. Aged for 11 months in barrels, this intense and rich wine, with its deep purple color, develops beautifully complex aromas ranging from olive and licorice to black fruit and pepper. A little gem that will certainly amaze wine lovers.
AOP Corbière Boutenac
80% Carignan, 20% Grenache Noir
Mazérac has a deep purple-red hue and perfectly cooked prune aromas imbued with maturity. On the palate, this magnificent Corbière Boutenac offers subtle nuances of truffle, vanilla, cocoa and spices, prolonged by a lingering finish of candid fruits. A truly surprising Corbière Rouge.
AOP Collioure Controlee
50% Mourvèdre, 30% Grenache, 10% Carignan, 10% Counoise
Montagne features a nose including cherry, plum, leather and violet notes. Concentrated tannins are present on the palate, leading up to a soft, creamy finish featuring caramel notes, aromas of ripe fruit but also hints of spices, like cinnamon and licorice, and garrigue.
Fitou Cuvée
50% Mourvèdre, 30% Carignan, 20% Grenache
Round, soft, rich and lovely are our words for this luscious award-winning wine. Noblesse du Temps is a powerful wine with velvety, ripe tannins, on notes of black fruits, leather, and roasted cocoa. The long oak aging develops a soft and round mouthfeel. A beautiful, long silky finish helps us appreciate the ‘Nobility of Time’ in the glass.
AOP Minervois
80% Grenache, 10% Mourvèdre, 10% Syrah
Wonderfully fragrant wine with a nice balance between concentration, spice and drinkability. It expresses the sweet aromas of scrubland, violet, pepper and small black fruits without coating the mouth with drying tannins. This cuvée is all about finesse with an irresistible texture. It's complex, fruity and mature, round and lively, all at once.
IGP Pays d’Oc
100% Pinot Noir
This quality cherry-red cuvée opens with an earnest attack of raspberry and strawberry aromas. A perfect, elegant silky cherry mouthfeel touched by just a hint of oak. A delicious traditional take on a Pinot Noir of exceptional value.
AOP Minervois
60% Grenache, 15% Carignon, 15% Mourvedre, 10% Syrah
Supple, aromatic and luscious come to mind. This is a lovely expression of a traditional red Languedoc wine with a touch of spicy Syrah added: clear ruby red color, soft tannins, supple structure and with aromas of candied black fruit and soft prunes. This is the one you will reach for over and over again like an old friend.

75% Grenache, 25% Syrah
A beautiful traditional red wine with a supple structure and fine tannins. Aromas of slightly candied black fruits and prunes, the sign of a beautiful Grenache, with a touch of spice from the Syrah. A wine you’ll want at your table again and again.
