Aromas of raspberry, strawberry and currant mingle with pink pepper and caramel pudding in this singular rosé. A blend of Syrah and Grenache,  it’s tangy on the palate and eminently drinkable. This dry, flavorful rosé won our hearts.

Enjoy with piquillos peppers, your favorite grilled meats and Mediterranean risotto.

Wine Profile
Vineyard Notes
These winemakers work in harmony with nature and the environment. Thirty hectares of vineyards are situated between clay-limestone hills and the Bassin de Tau on the Mediterranean Sea. Trade winds caress the vines carrying scents of the garrigue and a hint of the sea. A stream runs through the vineyard, supporting the biodiversity of the area.
Production Notes
The family-run winery practices Reasoned Agriculture, an approach to viticulture that balances the vineyard system and wine production with biodiversity, environmental and animal welfare, and the health of the surrounding lands. Night-harvesting protects the grapes from oxidation and preserves the aromas and freshness. The Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon are quickly bled (saignée) which results in Roséphine’s pale pink hue. Blending occurs after fermentation.
Winemaker Notes
Yves and Hugues Ricome built their winery in 2004 on land their family has farmed for generations. In 2007, they passed on the winemaking torch to their daughter, Anais Ricome. Wines like Roséphine and Picpoul de Pinet demonstrate that Anais is more than capable of upholding the family tradition.
Food Pairing Notes
