Sommelier Notes: This bright pink organic rosé is alive! From grapes grown in very, very old Miocene limestone soils, as in 25 million-year-old soils. In the capable hands of oenologue Stéphane Yerle he turns these amazing vineyards into true delights with a strong sense of the terroir. This wine is both fruity and floral. Imagine pomegranates, strawberries, almond blossom, peaches and a touch of grapefruit and then take a big sip.  The mouth, long, ends with a slightly beading finish.
