Sommelier Notes: This wine captured our hearts and palates the first time we tasted it! And we keep coming back for more. It is SO delicious. Made from organic grapes grown near the Mediterranean, you can almost taste the sea in the fruits and aromas of the grapes. The vinification is done in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature, alcoholic fermentation is ended in barrels, the wine is then aged for 2 months in barrels with stirring on fine lees. The result is a perfect balance between acidity and power that will be a delightful company for white fish, shellfish, oyster feasts and sushi. Serving temperature: between 11 and 13°.
