These wines are made by the most passionate winemakers and have a finesse and complexity that will keep you coming back for more. Many of the winemakers are contrarian and make wines in their own passionate way regardless of tradition or requirements to be an AOC wine.
Our many organic selections are presented below with the European Union organic leaf designation. Organic wines in the EU can use small amounts of organic sulphur, which helps make the wines remain stable over time.
40% Bourboulenc, 30% Vermentino, 30% Clairette
Food pairing: Seafood heaven! Grilled halibut with pineapple-red pepper salsa; shrimp salad with chutney mayonnaise; seabass-cabbage spring rolls with ginger and chili dipping sauce. Delicious!

IGP Pays d'Oc
50% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah, 20% Cabernet
Ripe strawberry flavors and minerality won this delicate beauty the Bronze Medal in 2019 from the Independent Winegrowers Competition (Vignerons Independants Concours) and from our 2019 tasting panel. A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet, this rosé is silky on the mouth yet crisp.
65% Syrah, 20% Old Carignan, 15% Grenache Noir
This organic red delights with its aromatic sweetness of vanilla and chocolate. Cashew and a touch of smokiness round out the nose. The generous mouthfeel is soft and elegant, yet expressive. A “signature” of this domaine, Cuvée Signée embodies the Saint-Chinian terroir and the Domaine des Jougla style — tradition balanced with innovation making this an all time favorite red wine.
IGP Pays D’Oc
60% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 10% Petit Verdot
From the brilliant female winemaker Verena Wyss, this “beautiful song” bewitches with aromas of spice, licorice and cassis and notes of graphite. Bold complexity is balanced with smooth tannins and structure in an organic blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot.
90% Syrah, 10% Viognier
This soft, peach-colored organic rosé was unanimously selected by our 2019 tasting panel. A lively blend of Syrah and Viognier, Rosé Entrecoeur delights the palate with wild strawberry and a touch of citrus. Produced by a family-owned vineyard in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon, this is an all-day summer and fall rosé.
52% Cabernet Sauvignon, 48% Syrah
Food Pairing: We don’t have favorites, but let’s just say if no one buys this wine, Bear will be overjoyed! Lose yourself with this wine and Oven Roasted Rosemary-Laced Veal Chops; Beef Tenderloin with Bone Marrow-Bordelaise Sauce; Crispy Duck Pancakes with Hoisin Sauce.
50% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Franc, 10% Malbec
Raise a glass of dazzling garnets with this Merlot-dominant blend. Entrancing aromas of cherry, dark fruit, and sweet spices are touched with roasted oak. The fruit blooms in a very ripe mouth and nuances of macerated fruit integrate the medium tannins. With a beautiful classicism, this cuvée will evolve with grace.

25% Ugni Blanc, 21% Vermentino, 19% Roussanne, 19% Viognier, 8% Marsanne, 8% Sauvignon Blanc
An elegant blend of six different grapes, this white presents a soft, full and fruity palate with a refreshing, dry finish. The aroma is initially flinty then resolves into an appealing citrus flower bouquet. The domaine, Terre Des 2 Sources, is the realization of a dream shared by two couples — to find the best land and wine-growing environment and to craft exceptional wines.

50% Vermentino, 30% Roussanne, 20% White Grenache
This organic beauty is a blend of Vermentino, Roussanne, and Grenache Blanc from vineyards near the sparkling Mediterranean. The sea and the wild garrigue of herbs infuse the fruit and give the wine an aromatic complexity, creating a perfectly balanced, dry white wine with finesse.
AOP Minervois La Liviniere
75% Syrah, 25% Grenache
This organic, biodynamic wine is a blend of Syrah and Grenache from an old, revered domaine in the prized appellation La Livinière. This sultry, full-bodied red entices with aromas of dark fruit and spice. Elegant oak flavors taper to a fine, smooth finish.
AOP Saint Chinian
45% Syrah, 40% Grenache Noir, 15% Cinsault
Dark red fruit, spiciness, leather tones, and a long finish make this an all-occassion, “knife-and-fork” wine. A hearty Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault blend, Cuvée des Chevaliers reflects the rich history of the Milhau Lacugue estate, which was the site of a Roman villa and later offered rest and refreshment to medieval pilgrims en route to sacred sites in Spain.
75% Cinsault, 20% Grenache Noir, 5% Syrah
The aromatic persistence of this Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah blend seduces with finesse and elegance. A delicate blush in the glass, this organic rosé offers refined aromas of red fruit and a round, well-balanced palate. The wines of this family domaine are the legacy of four generations of winemaking wisdom.
