AOP Languedoc
60% Mourvédre, 30% Grenache, 10% Syrah
A rare rosé of the region made with very low yields, allowing an interesting complexity. Beautiful nose of red berries, cherries, cherry pit, baked apples, green almonds, long finish and lingering spices. This is an honest, unadorned rosé for wine lovers.

AOP La Clape
40% Bourboulenc, 40% Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier, 5% Marsanne, 5% Roussanne
Elegant and lively, this organic cuvée blends white Grenache and Bourboulenc with lovely touches of Viognier, Marsanne, and Roussanne. Herbaceous and floral notes highlight an appealing minerality from the white stones characteristic of the appellation. A round and precise mouth with delicate texture resolve into a long, bright finish.

AOP Minervois La Livinière
100% Grenache Noir
A sensuous, rich, velvety, generous wine that seems to offer everything at a glance. Under the blood red robe are hidden all the tender secrets of Andalusia nights, a feria of aromas and spice, complex and alluring. Aged in tank and bottle, no oak because the wine is already so complex! The winemaker says "Be patient with this beauty and in 5 or 10 years it’s a gypsy dream that you’ll see dancing under Seville moonlight in your glass."

AOP Minervois
100% Carignan
Heavenly complex aromas of black fruits, cherry, chocolate, and leather are the signatures of this single varietal wine from 90 year old, low yielding Carignan vines. The tannins are soft but sturdy and the balance with the luscious fruit of the old vine produces a memorable and lovable red wine. Time is the secret: old vines; waiting for the perfect moment of maturity to harvest; time in the cave with careful attention during fermentation; time in the barrel; and taking time with special friends to savor it all.

AOP La Clape
60% Syrah, 40% Grenache
This rich organic red blends Grenache Noir and Syrah. An inviting deep ruby sparkles in the glass, and this wine’s dense fragrance reveals black cherry, ripe red fruit, and a hint of violet. Flavors of plum, licorice, almond, and sweet spices glide into a lingering finish with round soft tannins.
AOP Languedoc
60% Syrah, 40% Cinsault
This well made rosé has the allure of crushed strawberries and raspberries and a hint of lemon flowers and leaves. In your mouth the wine has a zesty, bright freshness and nice full mouth feel.

IGP Pays d'Oc
Syrah, Grenache
Aromas of raspberry, strawberry and currant mingle with pink pepper and caramel pudding in this singular rosé. A blend of Syrah and Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s tangy on the palate and eminently drinkable. This dry, flavorful rosé won our hearts.

Vin de France
Albarino, Petit Manseng, Clairette, White Grenache
A fascinating and delicious wine from a mosaic of small vineyards. Wonderful expression of quince, pears and honey with a solid base of minerality, and just a hint underneath of herbs like tarragon and fennel. A distinctive organic white, refreshing and satisfying in your mouth and at your meals.
AOP Limoux
50% Merlot, 20% Grenache Noir, 20% Malbec, 10% Syrah
This wine is an interesting blend of Mediterranean and Continental grape varieties. This garnet red will seduce you with lush notes of blackcurrant and raspberries. In the mouth forest strawberries, blackberries and spicy flavors deliver a perfect roundness. The wine is aged half in stainless steel tanks and half in French oak. The mild, melted oak creates soft tannins and brings together a beautiful, easy drinking cuvée with great aromatics and flavors.

IGP Pays D'Oc
100% Chardonnay
Winner of multiple Silver and Gold medals in France and Vienna, including Gold at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, this organic unoaked Chardonnay delights and surprises. Inviting aromas of tropical fruit, banana, and pineapple glide into a gentle, fresh finish. The “perfect gentleman,” Le Galant is accommodating in structure and mouth feel with charming notes of brioche, nuts, and fig.

Vin de France
100% Macabeu
This rare cuvée from 100% Macabeu old vines is exceptional. Aromas of pears and honeysuckle carry over into a wine that fills your mouth with lovely weight and texture. Dry but with luscious fruit aromas. A rare pearl!
