White Wine
The white wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon are delicious and will introduce you to grape varieties you’ve never heard of and will never forget. Many of the winemakers we have chosen are innovators and believe in their terroir and small parcel vineyards. Avant-garde winemaking makes for refreshing and unique flavors.

AOP Limoux
100% Chenin Blanc
This stunning, pale yellow wine with golden reflections is full of freshness with minerality as its support. Layers of citrus, verbena, wild herbs, fennel pollen and clementine zest shimmer around this strong structure. The wine has beautiful tension and a touch of tannins making it a spectacular food wine.
AOC Collioure Controlee
90% Grenache Gris, 10% Grenache Blanc
A robust white food wine with a nose of ripe pear with iodized and aniseed notes. A dense and saline mouth, full of freshness and minerality. Iodized scents emanating from the glass recall the sea winds and landscape around Banyuls. One of the great whites from the South of France, thoroughly impressive with its depth and length, and it ages well too, if you can wait.

IGP Pays D'Oc
100% Chardonnay
Winner of multiple Silver and Gold medals in France and Vienna, including Gold at the Concours Général Agricole de Paris, this organic unoaked Chardonnay delights and surprises. Inviting aromas of tropical fruit, banana, and pineapple glide into a gentle, fresh finish. The “perfect gentleman,” Le Galant is accommodating in structure and mouth feel with charming notes of brioche, nuts, and fig.

IGP Pays D'OC
100% Sauvignon Blanc
This organic Sauvignon Blanc has garnered multiple Gold medals, including Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2015, 2016, and 2017. Masterfully crafted with aromas of litchi, fresh hay, and pepper, this cuvée delights with fresh, unique flavors. The palate meanders from citrus to green apple to tangerine and even vegetal notes.

AOP Languedoc
50% Marsanne, 50% Roussanne
This stunning cuvée de blanc has a well-balanced characteristic from two grape varieties; Marsanne and Roussanne. It offers a subtle, delicate floral bouquet with white flower notes mixed with the aromas of fresh fruits, fennel, and honey. With its liveliness, structure, and elegance, this white wine will age happily.

Vin de France
Albarino, Clairette, Ugni Blanc
This rare blend produced a shimmering wine with beautiful silver reflections. The nose opens freshly with exotic yellow fruits, mango, nectarine and apricot sprinkled with white almond blossoms. A round, refreshing mineral palate with a hint of bitter orange delivers a very fresh and drinkable pleasure!

AOP Minervois
80% Grenache, 20% Macabeu
A dry white wine of Grenache Blanc and Macabeu, rich flavors and minerality to perfection. A gastronomic wine. Jeb Dunnuck calls this 'a serious white'.
AOP Limoux
50% Chardonnay, 50% Chenin Blanc
This blend of Chardonnay and Chenin Blanc delights gourmets and casual sippers alike. Brioche and ripe pear aromas drift into an opulent finish. The Terra Vitis certified vineyards are maintained using responsible viticulture. “La Coume Lumet” is an Occitan word meaning “Valley of Light.”

100% Sauvignon Blanc
This sun-kissed Sauvignon Blanc has a lively, refreshing and expressive character with none of the grassiness typical of Sauvignon blanc grapes grown in cooler climates. Warm, friendly and super drinkable, this crowd-pleaser is loved by novices and professional tasters alike.

AOP Minervois
30% Roussanne, 20% Vermentino, 20% Grenache Blanc, 20% Grenache Gris, 10% Marsanne
The fine nose on this well-balanced white made from some deliciously unique grape varieties conjures stone fruits, white flowers, and acacia. The palate unfolds from bold fruit to woody substance then eases into a smoky, toasted character with a lemony finish.

IGP Pays d'Oc
100% Viognier
Pure and crisp, this organic Viognier harmonizes soft fruit and floral notes with just enough acidity to tantalize the palate. Organic Viognier is the speciality of the brilliant female winemaker, Verena Wyss.
