The white wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon are delicious and will introduce you to grape varieties you’ve never heard of and will never forget. Many of the winemakers we have chosen are innovators and believe in their terroir and small parcel vineyards. Avant-garde winemaking makes for refreshing and unique flavors.

IGP Pays D’Oc
100% Chardonnay
Created by the “Wizard of Feline,” this stunning unoaked Chardonnay is one of the best outside of Burgundy. The attack tickles your senses with zesty fruit aromas. As it evolves, the wine retains a smooth richness without being heavy. This organic and biodynamic cuvée will have you raising your glass for more day after day.

IGP Côtes Catalanes
100% Macabeu
This organic Macabeu varietal expresses a complex floral nose with hints of white stone fruits. The palate is crisp and balanced. This family-run domaine was founded in the early days of the Languedoc-Roussillon’s wine making renaissance. The vineyards lie in a small valley where every one of the vineyard owners farms organically, so this wine begins with the purest fruit anywhere.

100% Vermentino
A crisp white wine with a luminous sparkle, this Vermentino bathes the palate in pears and melon with surprising hints of jasmine and grapefruit. The smooth mineral finish enlivens and refreshes. Crafted by a family domaine of passionate winemakers, this wine is a pure varietal expression of terroir.

100% Sauvignon Blanc
This vibrant 100% Sauvignon Blanc charms with aromas of lychee, gooseberry and mint. It’s crisp tartness wakes up the mouth, yet the feel is smooth and refreshing. La Lionne Blanc celebrates the essential nature of Sauvignon Blanc grapes bathed in Mediterranean sunshine. The vineyards are Terra Vitis certified and the wine made by award-winning winemaker Diane Losfelt.
AOP Limoux
100% Chenin Blanc
This stunning, pale yellow wine with golden reflections is full of freshness with minerality as its support. Layers of citrus, verbena, wild herbs, fennel pollen and clementine zest shimmer around this strong structure. The wine has beautiful tension and a touch of tannins making it a spectacular food wine.
IGP Saint Guilhem Le Désert
34% Chenin Blanc, 33% Grenache Blanc, 33% Roussanne
The delicate nose of this Languedoc white entices with aromas of flowers and orange peel. Notes of anise, jasmine, lavender, and spice create a full and charming palate. The lingering finish expresses balanced acidity and bright minerality.

AOC Collioure Controlee
90% Grenache Gris, 10% Grenache Blanc
A robust white food wine with a nose of ripe pear with iodized and aniseed notes. A dense and saline mouth, full of freshness and minerality. Iodized scents emanating from the glass recall the sea winds and landscape around Banyuls. One of the great whites from the South of France, thoroughly impressive with its depth and length, and it ages well too, if you can wait.
IGP Pays D'OC
100% Sauvignon Blanc
This organic Sauvignon Blanc has garnered multiple Gold medals, including Concours Général Agricole de Paris 2015, 2016, and 2017. Masterfully crafted with aromas of litchi, fresh hay, and pepper, this cuvée delights with fresh, unique flavors. The palate meanders from citrus to green apple to tangerine and even vegetal notes.
IGP Côtes Catalanes
35% Muscat, 35% Macabeu, 15% Viognier, 15% Grenache
Ripe yellow peach, vanilla, acacia, and honeysuckle create a stunning, concentrated nose in this organic white blend. The palate is immediately soft and luscious, with flavors of peach yogurt, mango, and pear puree. The gentle finish lingers with sweet spices of vanilla, cloves, and cinnamon. Unforgettable wine!

70% Grenache blanc, 15% Carignan Blanc, 15% Roussanne
L'Égrisee brings refinemment, delicious freshness and a touch of class that perhaps explains the meaning of its name, “diamond dust”. An exotic white blend that is balanced, yet lively, with aromas of white fruit, flowers, fennel and even almond. A wine we bring back over and over!
IGP Pays d'Oc
80% Chardonnay, 20% Vermentino
L’Entrecoeur Blanc has aromas of acacia flower and pear. With an ample palate, the fruit and roundness of the Chardonnay express their character, combining wonderfully with the Vermentino finish. bringing out brioche and gourmand notes.
IGP Côtes Catalanes
35% Viognier, 35% Roussanne, 10% Grenache Gris, 10% Macabeu, 10% Carignan Blanc
This “Fireflies” cuvée lights up your glass with complex aromas of tangy citrus followed by luscious peach and apricot scents. The palate overlays aromatic flavors of wild fennel and ripe apple into a balanced silky finish with a beautiful fleshy texture. To release all the beauty, decant this white wine for an hour or so and serve well chilled.
