AOP Coteaux du Languedoc-Saint Georges d’Orques 80% Grenache, 20% Cinsault
This dry, flavorful rosé has fresh strawberry, peach and light citrus aromas that soften into notes of lilac and rose. Silky and round in the mouth with a crisp, long finish that’s perfect for weekend sipping or as a year-long terrace wine. The vineyards are maintained using responsible viticulture and are Terra Vitis certified.
This organic rosé dazzles with intense red fruit aromas of ripe raspberries. Lively on the palate, even tangy, its freshness lingers then resolves into bright minerality. The family-run domaine was founded in the early days of the Languedoc-Roussillon’s wine making renaissance. The vineyards lie in a valley where every one of the vineyard owners farms organically, so this is the purest fruit anywhere.
The aromatic persistence of this Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah blend seduces with finesse and elegance. A delicate blush in the glass, this organic rosé offers refined aromas of red fruit and a round, well-balanced palate. The wines of this family domaine are the legacy of four generations of winemaking wisdom.
IGP Pays d'Oc 50% Grenache Noir, 30% Syrah, 20% Cabernet
Ripe strawberry flavors and minerality won this delicate beauty the Bronze Medal in 2019 from the Independent Winegrowers Competition (Vignerons Independants Concours) and from our 2019 tasting panel. A blend of Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet, this rosé is silky on the mouth yet crisp.
The Cinsault in this rosé imparts a fine, floral nose, while the Syrah lends a robust, alluring and harmonious palate. This delicate rosé took Silver at the 2016 Hérault Valley wine competition. The domaine is Terra Vitis certified in the appellation Terrasses du Larzac, considered one of the finest appellations in the Languedoc.
AOP Crémant de Limoux 60% Chardonnay, 25% Chenin and 15% Pinot Noir
This vigorous rosé lights up the glass with delicate bubbles and subtle shades of cherry. A rich raspberry nose harmonizes with a hint of soft stone fruit on the palate. Chardonnay and Chenin dominate, but it is the Pinot Noir that brings this wine to fullness. The vineyard practices sustainable agriculture and uses organic fertilizer. The winery is located near St. Hilaire where Benedictine monks produced the first sparkling wine in 1531.
Fine bubbles and refreshing acidity make this pale peach sparkler the perfect aperitif throughout the year. Fresh peach skins infuse both the nose and the palate. This certified organic beauty is made with Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon by winegrowers who celebrate and nurture the biodiversity of the surrounding hedgerows, woodland and garrigue.
