We love to entertain, from small intimate dinners to larger wine and appetizer parties. Wine and food bring people together. So we want to help you create wonderful gatherings by sharing our passion for fantastic food and our extraordinary, affordable wines. 

Informed by decades of culinary exploration and education throughout the world, these recipes are created from the full spectrum of gastronomy – regional Languedoc classics to contemporary cuisine, family members and local chefs to world class restaurateurs, rustic fare to Michelin starred masterpieces, traditional French cuisine to Mexican, Thai and Moroccan classics. We develop each signature dish to pair with our hand-picked and eminently food-friendly wines.

Most recipes are only available to our wine club members, but you can always find a few here to whet your appetite, alongside helpful how to videos, general pairing suggestions, and information on what’s in season.

Although we are meat eaters, and the red wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon are spectacular with meat dishes, we have several family members and many friends who are vegetarian and/or vegan. For these folks we offer this delicious Thanksgiving alternative to turkey.
