70% Grenache Blanc, 15% Roussanne, 15% Vermentino
An unfined and spontaneously fermented white wine from organic and biodynamic grapes with just the right amount of fruit, Les Chemins offers aromas of apricot and quince giving it unusual depth with delicious, unique fruit flavors with a slight herbal edge. The winemaker and her family’s connections to the land and world of wine can be traced back to the 16th century.
Vin de France
This lively biodynamic wine is made from hand harvested white Roussanne grapes but vinified like a red wine-with five days of juice and skin contact. The result is a delicious and complex orange wine with mimosa, saffron, stone and yuzu flavors. It changes beautifully as it breathes and opens up. It is heavenly with Curried Chicken Salad!
IGP Pays d’Oc
A crisp white wine with a luminous sparkle, this Vermentino bathes the palate in pears and melon with surprising hints of jasmine and grapefruit. The smooth mineral finish enlivens and refreshes. Crafted by a family domaine of passionate winemakers, this wine is a pure varietal expression of terroir.
70% Chardonnay, 30% Chenin Blanc
This Chardonnay-dominant white delights gourmets and casual sippers alike. Brioche and ripe pear aromas drift into an opulent finish. The Terra Vitis certified vineyards are maintained using responsible viticulture. “La Coume Lumet” is an Occitan word meaning “Valley of Light.”
AOP Picpoul de Pinet
Picpoul is at home as a native grape at the Domaine La Croix Gratiot located near the Mediterranean shore. Night-harvesting preserves the fruity aromas and floral notes of this crisp white wine. Expect lively acidity with bright flavors of citrus and green tree fruit. The salty sea breeze produces a dry but wonderfully aromatic wine
IGP Pays d'Oc
85% Chardonnay, 15% Viognier
Fragrant white flowers and nice acidity characterize this delicious, all-occasion white wine. The Viognier adds floral notes to the freshness of the unoaked Chardonnay, lending complexity to the mouth. The Chardonnay imparts a lovely, lingering finish. One of our favorites!
IGP Pays d'Oc
100% Sauvignon Blanc
This sun-kissed Sauvignon Blanc has a lively, refreshing and expressive character with none of the grassiness typical of Sauvignon blanc grapes grown in cooler climes. Warm, friendly and super drinkable, this crowd-pleaser is loved by novices and professional tasters alike.
30% Grenache Blanc, 30% Roussanne, 30% Vermentino, 10% Viognier
This easy-drinking, fresh white wine is one of our most popular wines. Viognier grapes impart enticing floral and fruity aromas while the White Grenache adds a pleasant acidity and long finish. This wine hails from vineyards tended with sustainable farming methods on the coveted schiste soil of the Berlou micro-appellation.
I.G.P. Pays d'Oc
Food pairing: This wine is very lightly oaked which produces a viognier with more depth and subtlety. Try it with garlic and ginger chicken stir fry, or halibut baked in a mustard cream sauce. Delicious...
IGP Pays d'Oc
Pure and crisp, this organic Viognier harmonizes soft fruit and floral notes with just enough acidity to tantalize the palate. Organic Viognier is the speciality of the brilliant female winemaker, Verena Wyss.
