Your ticket includes a curated flight of five distinctive Princess and Bear wines (totaling 10 ounces), served alongside delicacies like fresh oysters, refreshing gazpacho, tender grilled steak skewers, and other delicious surprises. Remy Chauvin was born in Seattle in 1998 and recently turned 27. His culinary training began hands-on, moving from kitchen to kitchen, eventually leading him to work under Chef Shane Ryan, where he gained valuable knowledge and experience in catering. Remy's first event was a five-course tasting for 150 guests, which set the foundation for his continued work in fine dining. Since his time at Osprey—where he received much of his formal culinary education—he has remained committed to refining his craft in high-end culinary environments.

All small bites will be available for purchase individually on the night of the event, while supplies last.  Pre-order oysters to ensure availability! Pacific inlet oysters served with Granita (vinegar, shallot, pepper) - $3 per oyster, $18 for 1/2 dozen, $36 per dozen.
