This blush colored rosé is soft and delicate while the combination of Cinsault and Grenache make it mouthfilling and delicious. Cinsault gives it a delicious fruitiness with notes of strawberry and raspberries. The Grenache is spicier, with notes of cherries and pomegranate.

Perfect for sipping on its own, but also up to the task of pairing with smoked salmon and goat's cheese, a jambon cru and watermelon salad or mixed tomato and mozzarella tarts.

Wine Profile
Vineyard Notes
In total there are 34 hectares of vines that include seventeen different varieties. The vineyards tend to be on gentle to moderate slopes with an elevation of almost 200 metres. The oldest vines we have were planted in 1955, with intensive plantings in the early 1970s and steady re-developments in the mid 1980s through to 2008. With such a diverse collection of vine ages, varieties, parcels and training systems, uniform management is out of the question! Therefore each parcel's characteristics has to be considered when deciding on how best to manage the vines. The domaine takes a proactive approach to managing the vines, focusing on planning and observing the vines closely for pests or diseases. The nearby rugged mountains bring cool winds to the estate during the summer and allow slow maturation of the grapes. The grapes used to make this wine come from a mixture of vineyards that are on gently sloping land near the base of the Cévennes mountains. The soils are calcareous clays with varying amounts of small to medium stones, meaning the vines require no irrigation.

Winemaker Notes
Terre des 2 Sources began with the collaboration of two couples and their dream of finding the right land and environment to craft exceptional wines. They found that in the estate just south of the Cevennes mountains with a diversity of soils, slopes and climate. The team: Dr Glen Creasy ( USA), Kristen Creasy ( New Zealand), and Helene Taillefer ( France). They belong to the Outsiders organization, which highlights those wineries who's operators have come from outside the Languedoc region, bringing new ideas and perspective to winegrowing.
