Jean-Marc Astruc is the husband of Katie Jones from Domaine Jones. He is a respected grape grower and winemaker with 30 years experience. He owns vineyards in the same village where Domaine Jones is located, Tuchan. They work the vineyards together, and they make different wines from separate vineyards. Herbarium rosé is the latest addition to Jean-Marc's range, an exciting range of wines that are fruit driven, unoaked and modern in style. This range of wines is inspired by the large amounts of wild flowers and herbs found in the vineyards. The label depicts wild rosemary, lavender, poppy or olive all of which grow in the Herbarium vineyards. Jean-Marc loves rosé, especially on balmy summer evenings with friends. His rosé is deliciously dry, fresh and floral, perfect for these special evenings.
