This organic red is a blend of three traditional Minervois grape varieties: Syrah, Grenache Noir and Carignan. The palate is expressive of a true Mediterranean wine, rich and complex, reflecting the unique characteristics of the terroir. Blackberry jam fruit is brightened by sweet and peppery spices followed by luscious notes of vanilla, cinnamon, and white pepper and even a touch of licorice, roses, and violets grounded by an herbal layer. The candied fruit and blackberry jam flavors will evolve into sweet tobacco and soft leather notes as the wine ages.
