From a domaine in a village next to our founders' home, this rosé is fruity and spicy with nice strawberry flavors and a crisp finish.  The light acidity gives your mouth  brightness and joy.

AOP Saint Chinian
48% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 12% Mourvèdre

The ruby and purple reflections of this award-winning, organic red are dazzling. Minerality and freshness infuse each sip. The nose expresses red and black fruit with notes of herbal garrigue and spices. The palate is full, silky, and soft. Oak flows into noble spice aromas in the lovely, lingering finish.

50% Grenache, 40% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre

This cuvée’s shimmering purple robe is as inviting as its aroma, a perfume of intense red and black fruit, laced with rose petals and a hint of smokiness. The palate is supple and fresh with a pleasant intensity of spice and fruit. This is the ‘Wine For Friends’ to enjoy with the pleasure of conversation among friends.

AOC Languedoc 
85% Mourvèdre, 15% Grenache

Food Pairings: Really, really delicious!  The mourvedre grape gives this wine such a wonderful flavor, only exceeded in loveliness by the young winemaker, our neighbor, Marine. Serve this with roasted turkey sandwiches, curried mayonnaise, and slices of vine-ripened tomatoes. Life is good!

IGP Pays D'Oc
100% Merlot

This organic Merlot brought home Gold twice — Concours Général Agricole 2014 and Gilbert & Gaillard 2012. Hints of strawberries, plums, and spices impart a light, easy atmosphere to any gathering.  But fair warning, the full-bodied, rounded flavor may entice your guests to stay until the wee hours, as ‘rascals’ do.
