IGP Pays d'Oc
Syrah, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon
Aromas of raspberry, strawberry and currant mingle with pink pepper and caramel pudding in this singular rosé. A blend of Syrah, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s tangy on the palate and eminently drinkable. The family-run winery practices Reasoned Agriculture, an approach to viticulture that balances farming and wine production with biodiversity, environmental and animal welfare, and the health of the surrounding lands.
70% Cinsault, 20% Grenache Noir, 5% Syrah
The aromatic persistence of this Grenache Noir, Cinsault and Syrah blend seduces with finesse and elegance. A delicate blush in the glass, this organic rosé offers refined aromas of red fruit and a round, well-balanced palate. The wines of this family domaine are the legacy of four generations of winemaking wisdom.
50% Grenache Blanc, 40% Marsanne, 10% Roussanne
Bright acidity balances the citrus, fennel, and pineapple flavors in this blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, and Roussanne. The delightful mouthfeel resolves into a pleasing minerality and long finish. The domaine nurtures biodiversity in and around the organic vineyards, leaving the surrounding hedgerows, woodland and garrigue largely untouched.
IGP Pays d'Oc
100% Sauvignon Blanc
This sun-kissed Sauvignon Blanc has a lively, refreshing and expressive character with none of the grassiness typical of Sauvignon blanc grapes grown in cooler climes. Warm, friendly and super drinkable, this crowd-pleaser is loved by novices and professional tasters alike.
Côtes du Roussillon
55% Syrah, 35% Carignan, 10% Grenache
This is a very balanced wine with great character, complex aromas and powerful taste. Deep red fruit, little bit of spices and a touch of oak in the end. The grapes are handpicked at optimum ripeness from the domaine's best, most ancient plots.
65% Syrah, 20% Old Carignan, 15% Grenache Noir
This organic red delights with its aromatic sweetness of vanilla and chocolate. Cashew and a touch of smokiness round out the nose. The generous mouthfeel is soft and elegant, yet expressive. A “signature” of this domaine, Cuvée Signée embodies the Saint-Chinian terroir and the Domaine des Jougla style — tradition balanced with innovation making this an all time favorite red wine.
I.G.P. Pays d'Oc
Food pairing: This wine is very lightly oaked which produces a viognier with more depth and subtlety. Try it with garlic and ginger chicken stir fry, or halibut baked in a mustard cream sauce. Delicious...
IGP Coteaux de Fontcaude
Fresh-cut herbs and fragrant floral aromas glide into bright tones of grapefruit and lemon in this summer-ready white wine. Made with Vermentino, a classic Mediterranean varietal, the “glug glug factor” of this wine makes it hard to resist, which is why it is one of our most loved wines.
50% Cinsault, 50% Syrah
The Cinsault in this rosé imparts a fine, floral nose, while the Syrah lends a robust, alluring and harmonious palate. This delicate rosé took Silver at the 2016 Hérault Valley wine competition. The domaine is Terra Vitis certified in the appellation Terrasses du Larzac, considered one of the finest appellations in the Languedoc.
