A.O.P. Saint-Chinian Roquebrun
Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Grenache Noir
Food pairing: There is a reason this wine won another first place award, this time at the October 2018 St. Chinian tasting in New York. It is silky in your mouth with luscious dried fruit flavors and perfect tannin structure. Delight yourself and loved ones by serving with Leg of Lamb (or lamb chops) with crunchy herbed bread crumbs, garlic and olive oil crust; Holiday Beef Tenderloin with rosemary butter glaze; or down home with creamed chipped beef on sage biscuits.
Côtes du Roussillon
Food Pairing: A powerful and unforgettable wine that stands up to lamb and beef dishes grilled or in stews.
100% Grenache Gris
Food Pairings: This is delicious with tapenade and grilled almonds as an aperitif or a favorite is with a creamy french cheese such as Brie de Meaux. And surprisingly it is a really good accompaniment to tagines!
40% Muscat, 20% Viognier, 20% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc
This unusual blend of muscat, viognier, roussanne and white grenache is all from hand harvested and sorted grapes. The wine is bone dry, and grounded with minerality but with popping fruit flavors of peach, mango and citrus with spice on the finish.
This wine shines with curries, Thai food and vegetarian tagines.
Food Pairing: This crisp wine is perfect with oysters, and all other shellfish. You will not find a wine anywhere in the US that gets close to the quality of this wine for the same price. Refreshing in more ways than one!
