A.O.P. Saint-Chinian Roquebrun
Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, Grenache Noir
Food pairing: There is a reason this wine won another first place award, this time at the October 2018 St. Chinian tasting in New York. It is silky in your mouth with luscious dried fruit flavors and perfect tannin structure. Delight yourself and loved ones by serving with Leg of Lamb (or lamb chops) with crunchy herbed bread crumbs, garlic and olive oil crust; Holiday Beef Tenderloin with rosemary butter glaze; or down home with creamed chipped beef on sage biscuits.

85% Syrah, 15% Cabernet Franc
This organic, medium-bodied red boasts sultry aromas of black fruit, smoky spices and herbs that enhance an opulent palate of complex fruitiness, Asian spices and Sichuan pepper. Syrah blended with Cabernet Franc imparts a beautiful, clear ruby color.
40% Muscat, 20% Viognier, 20% Roussanne, 20% Grenache Blanc
This unusual blend of muscat, viognier, roussanne and white grenache is all from hand harvested and sorted grapes. The wine is bone dry, and grounded with minerality but with popping fruit flavors of peach, mango and citrus with spice on the finish.
