These wines are perfect for sipping or pairing with a summer night out!

A description of the wines we will be pouring is below.

Chateau de l’Engarran - La Lionne Blanc 2017
100% Sauvignon Blanc - I.G.P. Pays d’Oc
La Lionne blanc expresses beautifully the primary aromas of this worldwide famous grape the Sauvignon Blanc. Grown here in a hot climate it delivers aromas of lychee, gooseberry and mint in the nose, in the mouth the wine is crisp and tart but very smooth, very refreshing. This wine wakes you up!  Excellent with food (roast chicken, grilled fish, shellfish) but perfectly at ease by the glass. Serve this wine well chilled around 8-10 C (50 F) degrees to enjoy its best!  $18.99

Domaine des Jougla - Eime de Vinhem 2017 (Organic)
50% Vermentino, 40% Grenache Blanc, 10% Viognier – A.O.P. Saint-Chinian
WARNING:  This wine is incredibly drinkable.  Do not open alone!  Because of perfect balance accomplished by the third generation female winemaker Laurence Jougla, you can drink this St. Chinian wine alone with just cheese and crackers, or the wine shines like a jewel with Pan Roasted Halibut and Grilled Pineapple or Chilled Oysters on the Half Shell with Yuzu Mignonette.  One of the best sushi wines you can find anywhere.  $26.99

La Voûte du Verdus - Le Désert Blanc 2017
50% Colombard 50% Grenache Blanc - A.O.P. Languedoc
This is a Princess favorite!! La Voûte du Verdus Blanc is a luscious blend of equal parts of Colombard and Grenache Blanc. The wine is deceptively pale in color, because it packs very expressive fruit in the nose (green apple, lime) and has a fresh and acidic attack but is round and full in character. An excellent wine for seafood, chicken, prawns and goat cheeses. Food pairing: Hand your keys to the designated driver before you open this bottle!! It is deliciously irresistible. Drink with Lunch: Green papaya and prawn salad; Appetizers: Goat cheese and honey puff pastries; and Dinner: tempura battered fish and celery root-apple slaw. Sommelier note: The domain is situated in the appellation Terrasses du Larzac, all the way north of Montpellier in the breathtaking village of Saint-Guillem-le-Desert. This award-winning winery produces wines on 20 ha. of vines from local grapes like Syrah, Grenache Noir, Carignan and Mourvèdre for red, Grenache Blanc and Colombard for white. $28.99

Borie la Vitarèle- Le Grand Mayol 2016 (Organic)
40% Bourboulenc, 30% Vermentino, 30% Clairette - A.O.P. Languedoc
Borie la Vitarelle is an internationally acclaimed vineyard and we are lucky to be a US representative. This wine is a spectacular blend of three local Languedoc varietals, and the blend is like a perfect marriage! These are all grapes that ripen late in the season, so they deliver rich flavors with nice freshness and acidity and a lovely finish. Think yellow: pineapple, pears, ripe yellow plums. Hand harvested grapes are lightly pressed, aged on the lees in steel tanks, with 10% going into oak barrels. Drink this fantastic wine slightly chilled (13 C/55 F) just by the glass, with shrimp salad and chutney mayonnaise or even with cold cuts like prosciutto and Serrano ham. This wine is delicious and versatile! We LOVE it! $26.99
