The grapes from this domaine, which lies in the village next to our founders’ home, are harvested by hand at the domaine.  They are in year 3 of 3 to organic certification.  The grapes are directly pressed and the wine is fermented in chilled stainless steel tanks.  The resulting rosé is fruity and spicy with nice strawberry flavors and a crisp finish.  The light acidity gives your mouth  brightness and joy. 

This wine is fantastic with Mediterranean tapas like olive tapenade, and fresh goat’s cheese on crostini drizzled with honey.
