This organic, medium-bodied red boasts sultry aromas of black fruit, smoky spices and herbs that enhance an opulent palate of complex fruitiness, Asian spices and Sichuan pepper. Winemaker Christine Mouton Bertoli’s blend of Syrah and Cabernet Franc imparts a beautiful, clear ruby color.
This wine pairs beautifully with barbeque ribs or an elegant duck pâté.
