AOP Languedoc
45% Syrah, 45% Grenache, 10% Viognier
This soft, peach-colored organic rosé was unanimously selected by our 2019 tasting panel. A lively blend of Syrah and Viognier, Rosé Entrecoeur delights the palate with wild strawberry and a touch of citrus. Produced by a family-owned vineyard in the heart of the Languedoc-Roussillon, this is an all-day summer and fall rosé.

AOP Saint-Chinian
Grenache, Syrah, Old Carignan
Food pairing: Luscious like a ruby red cashmere scarf .......settle in with someone you love to talk to about the stars and drink this with Daube Languedocienne (Rich Red Wine Beef Stew); or Slow Cooked Osso Buco with Prunes, Oranges and Leeks. Out of this world!

AOP Faugères
85% Grenache Noir, 15% Mourvèdre
The alluring violet color of this Grenache Noir-dominant blend imbues each glass with gem-like radiance. Aromas of luscious red fruit and black currant blossom entice the senses. The full-bodied palate delights with hints of licorice.

AOP Minervois
30% Roussanne, 20% Vermentino, 20% Grenache Blanc, 20% Grenache Gris, 10% Marsanne
The fine nose on this well-balanced white made from some deliciously unique grape varieties conjures stone fruits, white flowers, and acacia. The palate unfolds from bold fruit to woody substance then eases into a smoky, toasted character with a lemony finish.

Vin de France
100% Syrah
A superb cuvée of depth and intensity. The nose is perfumed with black fruit, the palate attacks powerfully with ripe black currants, baking spices, truffled accents and an earthy grounding. The strong but ripe tannins play in harmony with suave notes of prunes. Warm and eloquent, the breathtaking finale of concentration draws a standing ovation.

AOP Terrasses Du Larzac
60% Syrah, 35% Grenache Noir, 5% Cinsault
Aromas of violet, thyme, blueberry, and cherry infuse this organic, biodynamic beauty. The mouth is silky and fine but firm, with a long, luscious finish. Savor this medium-bodied blend of Syrah, Grenache Noir, and Cinsault, shaped by the extraordinary terroir of Terasses Du Larzac.

100% Grenache Gris
Food Pairings: This is delicious with tapenade and grilled almonds as an aperitif or a favorite is with a creamy french cheese such as Brie de Meaux. And surprisingly it is a really good accompaniment to tagines!

AOP Maury
100% Grenache Noir
This organic Grenache Noir’s dark cherry color hints at the rich flavors and sweetness of ripe blackberries, currants and macerated cherries within. The bold concentration resolves into a lingering finish. Enjoy this fortified red from the Maury appellation, famous worldwide for naturally sweet wines.

Vin de France
100% Carignan Gris
Domaine Jones produced only 800 bottles of this rare Carignan Gris beauty. The lush aroma of fresh pear complements the smoky, herbal edge and lively palette. Winemaker Katie Jones is one of the women leading the Languedoc wine-making renaissance. She creates her distinctive wines from old vineyards and rare grape varieties.
AOP Languedoc
50% Cinsault, 50% Syrah
The Cinsault in this rosé imparts a fine, floral nose, while the Syrah lends a robust, alluring and harmonious palate. This delicate rosé took Silver at the 2016 Hérault Valley wine competition. The domaine is Terra Vitis certified in the appellation Terrasses du Larzac, considered one of the finest appellations in the Languedoc.

AOP Languedoc
70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
Syrah and Grenache give birth to this dashing rosé which enjoys great success year after year. On the nose, very nice aromas of fresh fruit, raspberry aromas. On the palate, it is tense and fresh with a nice balance. The finish is saline, almost salty.

IGP St Guilhem Le Desert
49% Grenache Noir, 42% Merlot, 9% Carignan
The colour is a delicate rose gold. The nose is a real explosion of aromas from candy, mandarin, pink grapefruit and white peaches. There are also hints of creme caramel and nice green herbs. On the palate, the wine is fresh, round and fruity with lots of pink grapefruit and caramel flavors. The finish is dry with lingering notes of tangerine and mandarin. A fun rose for sipping with friends.
