The wines of the Languedoc-Roussillon are sexy, sultry, sensuous and sensational. Need we say more? Due to the abundant sunshine the grapes ripen with beautiful fruit characteristics and the wines feel luscious and rich in your mouth. Our wines are made by the most passionate winemakers and have a finesse and complexity that will keep you coming back for more. Before making our wine club selections each year we taste over 1,000 wines, making us your personal, on location Languedoc somms. We are so excited to bring these wines to you. Our organic selections are shown below with the European Union organic designation.

Although we ship around the country, Seattle wine lovers can pick their purchases up at our Georgetown warehouse and tasting room. White glove delivery is available in the Seattle downtown corridor by calling 206-323-4757 and speaking with Ioana.
Out of state wine shipments are sent using a compliance company in California. Customers outside of Washington state please allow 2 to 3 weeks for your wines to arrive.

Food Pairings: Try it with a mache salad with watermelon and feta cheese tossed in a lemon, thyme and olive oil vinaigrette.
IGP Pays d’Oc
70% Grenache 30% Syrah
Food Pairings: It is great on its own for sipping or with Thai dishes or a summer sausage and chicken barbeque.
Syrah, Grenache, Carignan
Food Pairing: Have you ever thought about the scent and sensation of soft, fragrant rose petals? That is what you will find first in this delicious rosé. The vines are high up in the Roussillon, rugged white soils where the vines struggle and produce magic! The hit of Carignan grapes here is brilliant and makes this a perfect match with an appetizer like Puff Pastry Tart with Herbed Tomatoes, Ricotta and Pesto Drizzle. De-luscious!

100% Cabernet Franc
Food Pairings: Try it with shrimp and scallop paella dressed with lemon verbena vinaigrette. Then, a cold raspberry mousse....together a peak experience!!
85% Mourvèdre, 15% Grenache
Food Pairings: Really, really delicious! The mourvedre grape gives this wine such a wonderful flavor, only exceeded in loveliness by the young winemaker, our neighbor, Marine. Serve this with roasted turkey sandwiches, curried mayonnaise, and slices of vine-ripened tomatoes. Life is good!

80% Carignan, 20% Muscat Petits Grains
Food Pairings: Delight in this unusual blend with Oysters Rockefeller or Cheese Gougères. Close your eyes, taste and you will be transported to the land of the Cathar castles of the Languedoc which overlook some of Katie's magical vineyards.
50% Cabernet Franc, 30% Merlot, 20% Malbec
Food Pairings: Enjoy on its own or serve with Parmesan Crusted Chicken and Cesear Salad or Shrimp, Grapefruit and Avacado Salad with Poppyseed Dressing. The Marquis will win your heart! Again and again.

Food Pairing: This aromatic rosé with lots of minerality is fantastic with charcuterie (delicatessen meats) and grilled prawns and vegetables doused in a lemon-mustard vinaigrette.
IGP Coteaux d'Enserune
80% Aramon, 20% Cinsault
Food Pairings: Wonderful on its own and also try with tapas like serrano ham with roasted bell peppers, Machengo cheese, patatas bravas, and prawn croquettes.
Syrah, Grenache, Colombard
Food Pairings: Try it with Pissaladière from Provence or your favorite pizza! Can accompany at the same time tapas, paella even small shells but also a grill or white meat.
A.O.P. Coteaux du Languedoc-Saint Georges d’Orques
80% Grenache, 20% Cinsault
Food pairing: Princess loves the exotic and irresistible female allure to this wine made by Diane Losfelt. In winter drink with pork chops and grilled apples; this is your all year party wine with pita chips and hummus; veggie sticks (for our gluten-free friends) with feta-roasted red pepper dip and rosemary crostini with artichoke parmesan dip.

Food pairing: We don't have favorites, because we chose each wine from hundreds tasted, but....this rosé is special. From the unusual braquet grape, Olivier, the winemaker, works magic. This is a food rosé for year round drinking. Try it with shrimp ceviche; fish tacos with harissa aïoli (mayonnaise) and Gulf Coast red snapper on the half shell.

Food pairing: Stuffed Tomatoes with Rice, Pine Nuts, Currants and Mint; Baked Chicken with Grilled Vegetables in Thyme-Garlic Olive Oil; and Chicken Salad Sandwiches with Prunes and Almonds. Also perfect with Holiday Turkey!
