Rosé Wine
The rosés of the Languedoc-Roussillon are stunning. We offer both sipping summer wines and gastronomic rosés for year-round pleasure with meals. We have selected rosés that have character and are made by artisanal winemakers who grow their own grapes and make their own wines.

IGP St Guilhem Le Desert
70% Cinsault, 30% Grenache
This blush colored rosé is soft and delicate while the combination of Cinsault and Grenache make it mouthfilling and delicious. Cinsault gives it a delicious fruitiness with notes of strawberry and raspberries. The Grenache is spicier, with notes of cherries and pomegranate.
IGP Pays d'Oc
40% Syrah, 40% Grenache, 20% Colombard
This thirst-quencher is juicy and crisp with notes of pink grapefruit and small red fruits. The addition of Colombard in this rosé is very delicious! The organic vineyards sit near the Mediterranean Sea so they are bathed in sea breezes giving a special freshness to this wine.
AOP Minervois
60% Grenache Gris, 30% Grenache Noir, 10% Syrah
At the end of winter, from the first rays of the sun, this fresh rosé wine with aromas of red fruits will delight your taste buds. The soft fruit is complemented by a balance between freshness and roundness on the palate. There is an alluring nuttiness in the finish.
AOP Languedoc
70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
Syrah and Grenache give birth to this dashing rosé which enjoys great success year after year. On the nose, very nice aromas of fresh fruit, raspberry aromas. On the palate, it is tense and fresh with a nice balance. The finish is saline, almost salty.
AOP Saint Chinian
50% Cinsault, 20% Syrah, 15% Grenache, 15% Carignan
This organic rosé blends several different grapes from small yields that are aged on the lees, giving it roundness in your mouth and fruit in your nose. It is an elegant combination of crisp and round with a full, fresh palate of raspberries, strawberries, and citrus fruits.
IGP Pays d’Oc
70% Grenache, 30% Syrah
This beautiful salmon pink wine, named for the winemaker’s wife, is made from organic Syrah and Grenache grapes harvested in the cool early morning and aged on the lees to give body and richness to this wine. Delicious pomegranate, strawberry and grenadine flavors drench your palate!

IGP Côtes Catalanes
60% Grenache Noir, 40% Syrah
This organic rosé dazzles with intense red fruit aromas of ripe raspberries. Lively on the palate, even tangy, its freshness lingers then resolves into bright minerality. A fruit explosion on the nose and a dry minerality in the mouth. Perfect in every way.
IGP Côtes Catalanes
50% Grenache Noir, 50% Syrah
This lovely soft pink beauty is more complex than you might think on first look. She begins with aromas of pink grapefruit and cherries followed by more subtle notes of raspberry and rose petals. The palate has lovely and lively acidity balanced with the red fruit flavors infused with vanilla and peaches. The wine is vinified using wild yeast so there is a slightly unruly character to this beauty.

100% Cabernet Franc
An exceptional orange-pink colored rosé, ripe fruit on the nose and round on the palate. A rosé with character, what the French elegantly call a rosé of gastronomy. Cabernet Franc gives beautiful berry fruit and acidity making this wonderful with food.
AOP Languedoc
45% Syrah, 45% Grenache, 10% Viognier
This soft, peach-colored organic rosé, unanimously selected by our tasting panel, is an all-day summer and fall wine. A lively blend of Syrah, Grenache and Viognier, L'Entrecoeur rosé delights the palate with wild strawberry, raspberry and a touch of citrus.

50% Syrah, 50% Grenache Noir
Shimmering, slightly salmon pink color, with a discreet and fresh English candy nose. Starting with the freshness of a white, then with light red fruits (raspberry and strawberry) and juiciness in the mouth and the appearance of the silky tannins of the Syrah.

Syrah, Grenache
Aromas of raspberry, strawberry and currant mingle with pink pepper and caramel pudding in this singular rosé. A blend of Syrah and Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon, it’s tangy on the palate and eminently drinkable. This dry, flavorful rosé won our hearts.
